About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) with a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I run a private practice covering Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands.

I have extensive experience working with attachment, childhood trauma, transgenerational trauma, identity, family systems, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, loss of meaning and life/balance.

I work with adults, young people and families both from my private practice and in schools and colleges.

I have over twenty years' experience working systemically with adults, families and young people within social work and family support settings. My initial work in the field of psychotherapy focused on student and staff counselling. My private practice has enabled me to reach a wider demographic, working with adults as well as young people and families.
